Breastfeeding Education

Breastfeeding is a choice, but we know it to be the best choice of nutrition for your baby. You will learn the benefits it has for the baby as well as the mom. You will learn different techniques on how to breastfeed, pump, and store your milk.

Postpartum Care

Postpartum care starts prior to discharge and can continue for up to 12 months after delivery. In this time, we assess your physical health as well as your mental health and how your baby is doing as well and making sure you all have the support and resources needed.

Pre-pregnancy Counseling

For anyone wanting to become pregnant, it is important to reduce any risks that can be harmful to mom or baby. This is why we work with families pre pregnancy to ensure you are entering your pregnancy in the best possible health and provide you with education about a healthy pregnancy.
